Founded in 2009 by Directors Ian Kellaway, Paul McGettigan and Robert Berman, KMB and its highly qualified team of professionals have extensive experience in providing taxation, consulting, accounting, assurance and advisory services to local, national and international businesses. Ian Kellaway B Com, CA

Having worked in Public Practice since 1980, Ian has gained significant experience in all matters pertaining to the operation of small to medium sized businesses. Ian's areas of expertise cover Business Services and Taxation and he is the Director responsible for Superannuation and Corporations Law related matters. Through over 35 years of public practice experience, Ian has developed a varied range of skills pertaining in particular to the operation of rural, thoroughbred livestock industries, the legal and medical professional practices As the Director responsible for superannuation matters within the firm, Ian is able to offer specialist advice in relation to the establishment and ongoing issues pertaining to Self Managed Superannuation Funds. As a former Chairman of both a local Public School Council and a Junior Rugby Union Club, Ian has developed a unique insight into the operations of Not-for-profit organisations. Ian's qualifications include:

Paul McGettigan B Com CA

With over 30 years experience in Chartered Accounting Paul has focused on providing taxation, accounting and business advice for a wide variety of clients, from small and medium sized businesses up to international operations, across a broad spectrum of industries and professions. Paul has been heavily involved in business restructures, acquisitions and disposals and the transactional aspect of these matters. With a focus on Tax Planning and its impact on family groups Paul brings a very personal touch to what can be a complex and confusing time for businesses by ensuring that the client is dealt with on a personal level. Paul is the Director in charge of the Fringe Benefits Tax function at KMB and also has experience in Salary Packaging. Previously acting as Director in charge of Staff Paul has accumulated a wealth of knowledge regarding employee entitlements and the processes involved with handling staff. Paul's qualifications include:

Robert Berman, B Com, Affiliate ICAA, CPA

One of the co-founders of KMB, Robert has a diversified client base ranging from individuals to large corporates. Specialising in Audit and Advisory as well as Taxation, Robert has extensive experience extending over three continents and a period of more than 30 years in the area of Auditing, Accounting, Taxation, Consultancy, Investigations and Business Valuations. With exposure to both the Public and Private sectors of the Australian Economy and having completed major assignments for large listed Public Companies, the Audit Office of NSW and the Independent Commission Against Corruption, Robert has accumulated a wealth of knowledge and experience at many levels within the Australian business environment. Robert's invaluable knowledge and industry experience with clients includes industries relating to financial service licensees, manufacturing entities, building, gaming, aged care, hospitality, stock broking, labour hire, property developers, licensed clubs and various government bodies. Robert's qualifications include:
